For families using insurance, appointments are scheduled through Headway. Headway handles insurance verification, billing, and appointment scheduling.

Insurance coverage varies by plan. Before your first appointment, please confirm your benefits, copay, deductible, and any out-of-network benefits directly with your insurance company.
Private-pay appointments are available for families who prefer not to use insurance or who are unable to access care through Headway.
Private-pay services are billed directly through Charm EHR. Patients may request a Superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Initial psychiatric evaluation: $350
Medication management follow-up: $175
Patients must have an established primary care provider.
Children and adolescents must maintain routine medical care, including annual physical/well-child visits.
Relevant medical records may be requested to support safe and coordinated care.
Parents/Patients must complete intake paperwork via the three forms listed below
The initial appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including review of:
Current concerns and symptoms
Medical and psychiatric history
Developmental history (when applicable)
Previous treatment
Family and social history
Treatment goals
After evaluation, we will discuss diagnostic impressions and treatment options, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, additional evaluation, or referral to other services when appropriate.
All appointments are provided through secure telehealth.
Patients must:
Be physically located in New Hampshire at the time of each appointment.
Have access to a private space for appointments when possible.
Participate through a device capable of secure video communication.
